From Berlin to a German arena tour

The first We Love MMA event took place at Berlin’s Universal Hall in December 2010. After further Berlin shows, the series began touring Germany in 2014. Its current calendar regularly visits arenas in cities including Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Hanover and Dresden.

Sporting profile

We Love MMA focuses on professional mixed martial arts in a cage. Its official rules identify the Unified Rules of Mixed Martial Arts as the foundation. Strikes, kicks, takedowns and submissions are part of the sport, while fouls, medical standards and officiating duties are set out in detail.

The organization names the German Mixed Martial Arts Federation as the body supervising rules compliance. Its published safety framework also specifies two ringside doctors, paramedics and an ambulance.

Fight cards and event format

The official FAQ says a show normally includes ten to twelve bouts and lasts roughly four hours including an interval. Matchups are generally announced four to six weeks before an event, so early listings may appear in the CS.C calendar before a complete fight card is available.

What separates We Love MMA

The model is firmly centered on Germany: recurring arena dates, regional athletes and a touring national schedule. That gives We Love MMA a different role from international promotions running weekly cards around the world. Tickets are sold through both the official event site and Eventim.
