OKTAGON 94: Kozma stops Eckerlin
Kozma submits Eckerlin, Coga beats Jungwirth and Vémola stops Vosgröne. All ten results from Frankfurt.
David Kozma submitted Christian Eckerlin in the first round of the OKTAGON 94 main event. At Frankfurt’s Deutsche Bank Park, Max Coga won his all-German matchup against Christian Jungwirth by decision. Karlos Vémola returned successfully from retirement and handed Frederic Vosgröne his first professional MMA defeat.
Kozma beats Eckerlin, Coga wins
Eckerlin lost in front of his home crowd to the former OKTAGON welterweight champion. The promotion’s official result records the submission at 4:58 of round one. The bout was contested at an 80-kilogram catchweight. Our Eckerlin–Kozma preview covers the background to the matchup.

Vémola ends Vosgröne’s unbeaten run
Vosgröne entered the matchup with five wins from five professional bouts. That run ended against the 41-year-old former two-division OKTAGON champion by TKO at 4:49 of round two. Vémola has returned successfully after retiring; Vosgröne has suffered a setback against his highest-profile opponent yet.

Wins for Duric, Ilbay and Dulatov

Deniz Ilbay knocked out Hugo Vach in the first round of their all-German matchup. The promotion’s official result lists the finish at 4:23.
Tamerlan Dulatov needed just 1:24 to submit Nikola Janković in round one. Their rescheduled fight has ended in a decisive win for Dulatov. Jaime Cordero also finished Robert Pukač in the opening round.
Ringlife wins under special rules
Edmon “Ringlife” Avagyan stopped Dominic Schober by TKO at 2:53 of round one. This was not an MMA bout: the pair competed under Stand & Bang rules. Our Avagyan–Schober article explains the distinction.
